Our flagship strategy
Venture capital with the downside engineered.
We find hidden value in early-stage companies and remove the uncertainty the market misprices — before we invite capital in. What's left is a structure serious investors can underwrite.
The method
The Asset Unlock Framework
Five steps from hidden value to an investable opportunity.
- 01
Identify
Find undervalued assets whose value is held back by one specific, removable constraint.
- 02
Unlock
Remove or neutralize that constraint.
- 03
Revalue
Revalue the asset at its new risk profile, now that the market can see the value.
- 04
Structure
Design the position's structure — rights, milestone-gated capital release and exit paths — before capital is invited.
- 05
Monetize
Put the unlocked value to work and capture it over the long term.
The structure
Capital released by milestones, not all at once.
We seek preferred, structured positions with milestone-gated capital release: capital is released as uncertainty is removed.
Before any capital
The constraint is named and the position's structure is designed: rights, capital-release milestones and a defined recovery path.
First milestone
One uncertainty is removed; one tranche of capital is released.
Subsequent milestones
Capital follows milestones, not projections: each new tranche depends on the next uncertainty being removed.
Next stage
We design the position so that cash generated by the business funds part of its next stage.
A schematic of the discipline we seek to apply. It does not represent amounts, timelines or outcomes of any investment.

Trivèlla Founders FIP
In formation. Information restricted to Brazilian qualified investors.
The structuring mechanisms described reflect the investment discipline Trivèlla seeks to apply and do not eliminate risk. Private equity and venture capital investments involve significant risks, including illiquidity, long holding periods, concentration and the possible loss of all or part of the capital invested. No outcome is guaranteed.
