The firm

Capital engineers, not capital chasers.

We're a CVM-regulated asset manager in Brazil. We don't ask investors for trust — we give them a structure they can underwrite.

Who we are

For more than 25 years we have identified hidden value in Brazilian assets — businesses, properties and operations where the market sees risk when, in fact, there is a specific constraint that can be removed.

We are a CVM-regulated manager. Venture capital is our flagship strategy; our consulting offer, Capital Readiness, applies the same discipline to companies with revenue preparing for a capital event.

The Asset Unlock Framework is our method: removing the uncertainties the market misprices before we invite capital in. It's the same discipline applied to funds and to consulting mandates.

Governance

Capital follows structure. So we start with the structure.

Next step

Investors

Venture capital funds built on structure.

Funds for Brazilian qualified investors (CVM Resolution 30). Information is restricted to investors with individual access.

Founders

First the test. Then the capital.

The Value Test is our free process for early-stage technology founders: we identify the constraint holding value back and test whether it can be removed.

Companies

Capital Readiness.

For companies with revenue and a capital event — a raise, a sale or a new partner — in the next 6 to 18 months. Fully online, starting with a questionnaire.
