Trivèlla has a focus on the “interior of São Paulo”. We believe that we can build a fund that will co-invest with local developers in the state of São Paulo.

Our focus will be:

1) Home development and mixed-use developments;

2) Focus on the middle-class (lower middle-class bias);

3) Green buildings;
