Trivèlla Investimentos S.A. is an investment management company based in the “interior” of São Paulo state. We invest the time and effort to ‘connect’ in an economic way to the 20 or so families that control most of the assets (including companies, real estate and political power) in each city we operate. Regionalism is strong and entrepreneurs’ top motivation is not money. We hire only people from the region, who can connect, and we invest the time needed to create long-lasting relations to these entrepreneurs.
When we communicate, we make sure we are being understood and that we are truly listening to the entrepreneur’s needs and concerns.
This region is responsible for 15.3% of Brazil’s GDP, the richest in the nation, above the Greater São Paulo area, with 15.1%. Our region is called the Brazilian California (ie. California is responsible for 13% of US’s GDP), and Trivèlla is the only Private Equity manager in the Brazilian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital to be based in the region.
The GDP of the “Interior” of São Paulo region is 12% higher than the whole Chilean GDP (Chile is an important South American economic power).
Trivèlla is located in the City of Itu, founded in 1610, used by the Brazilian Pioneers as the entrance of the Sertão. We use it as the entrance to Brazil’s richest region.
