We select small and middle caps, listed in the Brazilian stock exchange, and apply a Private Equity approach to generate performance above our benchmark.
Private Equity: We select companies with potential to grow with infrastructure growth, consumption growth and technology innovation and add significant operational improvements to generate returns to our investor base. Currently we favor family office and high net worth individuals as investors due to the speed of their decisions process.
Real Estate: We group our PIPE and Private Equity investments in the Real Estate sector as a separate asset class to allow individuals and institutions who want to get exposure to the Brazilian Real Estate market an investment vehicle that provides inflation adjusted returns with inflation adjusted hurdles.
